How does the free-of-charge 3-installment payment plan work?

Paying 3 installments free of charge makes things easier so you can pay your order over 3 months.

- 1st installment: 1/3 of the total amount, including V.A.T. and shipping, the day you place the order

- 2nd installment: 1/3 of the total amount, including V.A.T. and shipping, 30 days after you place the order

- 3rd installment: 1/3 of the total amount, including V.A.T. and shipping, 60 days after you place the order

For example, for a 300€ order including shipment fees placed July 1st, the free of-charge 3-payment installment schedule is as follows:

- 100€ will be debited from your account when you place the order on July 1st

- 100€ will be debited from your account on August 1st

- 100€ will be debited from your account on September 1st

How can you take advantage of the free-of-charge 3-installment payment plan?

- The free-of-charge 3-installment payment solution is proposed on Molli.com at the time of payment after your shopping basket has been validated.

- The amount of the order must be between 100€ and 2000€.

- The credit card you use must be valid until at least one month after the date of the final installment or 4 months after the order date.

- The client must have a Visa, Mastercard or American Express debit card issued in either France or Belgium.

- The cardholder must be an individual of legal age.

How will I be refunded for my order if I send back all or part of my order?

As with any online purchase, you have 14 days starting from the day you receive your order to return part or all of your order.

The refund will happen in the following way: you will be reimbursed for the 1st installment only and the 2nd and 3rd installments will be cancelled.

For example, if you placed an order for 300€ on July 1st and you return your entire order within 14 days of receiving your order, you will be refunded the 1st monthly payment of 100€ and the next two monthly payments of 100€ will be cancelled.

If you return part of your order, the free-of-charge 3-installment Alma payment platform will remove the payments still due from the amount to be refunded and, if applicable, refund any amounts that have already been debited.
