To celebrate the back-to-school season, we invited a few friends of the Molli house.
It was the perfect opportunity to introduce them to the new fine-knit clothing collection over a creative and refined buffet designed by the talented Lazlo Badet.

Chef Lazlo Badet creates unique gastronomic experiences by combining elegance and flavor.
A former seamstress in the Chanel ateliers, she delights in seeking out the small detail that makes all the difference.

Cutting radishes into flowers, playing with the height of the dishes, creating lace-like effects with cheese, knitting leeks, decorating pears with sugar, adorning breads and brioches with large bows...

She enchanted our back-to-school cocktail with her flavorful cuisine and delicate styling.

It’s being meticulous, it’s a lifestyle.

What motivates you in your profession ?

Yesterday i was a dressmaker, today i am a chef.

I approach each profession in the same way; only the materials i work with have changed, i combine elegance and flavors to create unique experiences.

reception last week.
