When the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

In case of absence during the delivery, the carrier leaves a transit advice note or contacts you to schedule a new delivery.

If the package is displayed as "delivered" on the carrier's website but you have not received it, please contact our customer service by email by writing to eshop@molli.com (Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

CUSTOMS

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to any taxes or customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties or these possible taxes related to the delivery of an article are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. To know the applicable customs duties or taxes, it is up to the customer to inquire with the competent authorities of his country. In the event of a dispute with a customer, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

RETURN

An item you ordered does not suit you?

The returned item(s) must not show any trace of use, be packaged in a sturdy box or bubble wrap accompanied by the invoice or delivery note.

In the event that the product is returned stained or damaged, we will not be able to proceed with the full refund.

FRANCE

You can deliver it by hand directly to one of our three Parisian boutiques during opening hours or return it to us free of charge within 30 days of the date of receipt.

  • If you have chosen to collect your order in one of our three Parisian boutiques, please send an email to eshop@molli.com

  • For any delivery received at home, go to our return portal where you can edit your Colissimo return slip.

EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD

You can deliver it by hand directly to one of our three Parisian boutiques during opening hours or return it to us with the carrier of your choice with tracking of the package within 30 days from the date of receipt at the following address:

Upon receipt of the package, the refund is triggered within 3 working days on the credit card used for the purchase.
