Molli since 1886

Molli is a maison with unique know-how in the art of knitting since its origins, molli has been knitting high quality knitwear.

1886: Founding of the House

The founding of Maison Molli, registered as a "fine-knit underwear manufacturer" in the Swiss trade register.
Swimsuits or one-piece garments in knitwear, Molli was then a discreet, soft fine knit, with remarkable stitch patterns and finishes.

1936: Molli celebrates its 50th anniversary

The finesse and delicacy of its fine knitwear have made it a benchmark brand. It continues to evolve and modernise.

1950: Molli knits the wardrobe for little ones

Garter-stitch rompers, lined coats...The iconic newborn layette, crafted in fine garter stitch knit, helped Molli expand across all continents.

2015: Charlotte de Fayet revives Maison Molli

Charlotte de Fayet takes over the century-old brand to knit it a new chapter.
A devoted admirer of Molli, she and a team of passionate experts reinvent season after season a wardrobe made of delicate, textured fine knit garments.

The brand is sold in four standalone boutiques in Paris, as well as at Le Bon Marché and Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, and across the world.

2015: The women's wardrobe

In just a few years, Molli has established its signature style: knit tops with ruffled collars, flowing pleated knit trousers, colorful high-waisted skirts.

Its remarkably refined knitwear wardrobe has won over a devoted following of women seeking elegance and comfort with a touch of discreet luxury.

2025: Opening of the flagship store in Paris

Maison Molli has opened its largest boutique yet at 29 rue François 1er, near the Champs-Élysées and avenue Montaigne in Paris. A refined addition to this street in the golden triangle, which has become an up-and-coming destination for elegant women, with its new galleries and cutting-edge fashion boutiques.

No grand storefront, no flashy logo, but a window wide open onto Molli's softness and colorful universe.

A new chapter with LVMH Luxury Ventures

The luxury knitwear house Molli welcomes a new investor to its capital. The LVMH Luxury Ventures Fund I (LLV), backed by the LVMH group, is taking a minority stake in the French ready-to-wear brand.

This marks the first opening of capital since Molli was taken over by Charlotte de Fayet in 2015.
